Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate LCSW/ LPC/ LMFT to oversee a team of clinical social workers and carry a small caseload of clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, managing workflow, ensuring adherence to ethical standards, and promoting a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care to a small caseload of clients.
- Provide clinical supervision to a team of social workers, including case reviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training.
- Manage workflow and assign cases to social workers based on workload, expertise, and availability.
- Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA and informed consent requirements.
- Promote a supportive work environment that encourages collaboration, professional growth, and team building.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, such as healthcare providers and social service agencies, to promote coordination of care and services for clients.
- Attend meetings and participate in committees to represent your social work team and advocate for the needs of clients and staff.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as client outcomes and staff productivity, to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, services provided, and billing information.
- Provide direct clinical services to clients as needed, including assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work from an accredited program.
- Active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/ LPC/ LMFT.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical social work, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
- Must have experience working with children, families and couples.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and in a team-based environment.
