About the Role We’re seeking motivated individuals for a full-time, permanent Event Assistant Trainee position in Stamford, Connecticut. What You’ll Do In The Event Assistant Trainee Role:
- Represent home improvement companies at retail events, creating engaging customer interactions.
- Assist customers by answering questions, identifying their needs, and offering tailored recommendations.
- Set up and maintain visually appealing event displays to attract attention.
- Generate high-quality leads for home improvement services through consultative conversations.
- Collect and apply customer feedback to enhance event success and exceed expectations.
- Use creative problem-solving to turn challenges into opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For In An Event Assistant Trainee:
