Pay: 52K to 70K depending on experience

We are hiring a Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team! This position handle from initial contact and recruiting to orientation for all hourly and salary positions. As our recruiter you will support Coastal Containers Promise to ensure we can keep the company purpose to “Ensure the integrity of our customer’s reputation and products from dock to destination.”

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including:
• Conducting initial phone screens and job postings
• Scheduling and conducting interviews (phone, virtual, and face-to-face)
• Coordinating and attending job fairs
• Creating and posting job advertisements
• Conducting new hire orientations and onboarding
• Preparing and sending offer letters
• Completing I-9 verification and background checks
• Managing drug screenings
• Finding specialized packaging operators and office workers
• Handling new hire paperwork and filing
• Managing the temporary hiring process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with candidates and hiring managers
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies during the hiring process
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Foster strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Additional Human Resources Generalist skills preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using recruiting software and tools
• HRIS Pay.com proficiency a plus
