Account Manager/Relationship Manager

Job Title : Account Manager / Relationship Manager (experience level determines role)Location : Floater - NC (Raleigh, Apex, Holly Springs, and surrounding areas)Your impact : As an Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to use your outgoing personality to build rapport with our members and act as their consultant in meeting their financial needs. You'll also have the opportunity to use your achievement drive, technical skills, and problem solving ideas to provide them with a great experience when you speak to them on the phone or they visit you in the branch.The contributions you can anticipate making : Developing, implementing, and monitoring your own action plan to achieve personal, branch, and corporate sales and service goals.Contributing to an atmosphere of teamwork by supporting the branch goals and Coastal's strategic plan.Using your talents to support the branch performance plan to increase member loyalty and achieve a world class Net Promoter Score.Helping members with their personal financial goals by uncovering their needs and recommending products or services that will meet those needs.Analyzing financial and credit information in order to recommend financial planning services, approve loans, or make referrals to business partners when appropriate.Disbursing Credit Union funds in accordance with our lending guidelines and ensuring proper documentation is completed to maintain collateral integrity and compliance with federal lending regulations.To be successful in this role, you will be : Someone who thrives on coming up with creative ways to meet or exceed their goals.A person who is excited to meet new people, develop genuine relationships, and act as their personal consultant to assist them with their financial needs and goals.An individual who derives satisfaction from taking a concern or problem and seeing it through to resolution.Someone who's comfortable handling confidential information and enjoys working with details.Someone who derives a feeling of competence from thoroughly understanding the legalities that go along with a career in lending and finance.Interested?
