Job Title : Account Representative
Position Location : Raleigh, NC. Hybrid Position, must live locally.
Your impact :
As an Account Representative, you will support the financial management and operations of the Credit Union by resolving member issues / requests by various methods such as phone, email, mail etc. for maintenance and processing of transactions to shares, general ledgers, and loans.
As a key contributor to the Coastal team, your responsibilities will be :
50%) Wire Processing within limits of wire policy
- Processing Outgoing Domestic and International wires via phone
- Processing incoming wires
- Researching and resolving any issues with processing wires
20%) IRA Processing
30%) Account Maintenance
