Job Title : Branch Manager
Position Location : Rocky Mount, NC
Your impact :
As a Branch Manager, you will ensure your team delivers exceptional member service and executes our operating model involving member acquisitions, relationship management, community involvement, production goals, marketing, and promotional services. You will also work with internal / external customers and build a highly engaged team.
The contributions you can anticipate making :
50%) Branch Results :
- Focusing on the team members to achieve individual, branch, and corporate production goals
- Supporting the corporate vision of increased levels of member loyalty
- Analyzing current business practices and identifying areas for improvement
- Coordinating community service / sponsorship / public relations activities
25%) Coaching and Developing :
25%) Exceptional Member Service :
