Coastal Crust is looking to add more talent to our team.

We are looking to hire a passionate, experienced Head Chef/Kitchen Manager who has an extensive background in the restaurant industry; specifically working with hand stretched pizza with made from scratch dough, and cooking with a wood burning brick oven curating beautiful Italian-inspired dishes that fit the mold of our brand. Applicant must be creative while working with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible and willing to learn new techniques while bringing their own to the table in the kitchen, must have knowledge of basic management of a staff of 20 or more, be detail-oriented, passionate about cooking in an open kitchen and thrives on collaborative efforts towards an end goal of customer praise and satisfaction. Chef must be well organized, have great communication skills and knowledge of working with food vendors, and have a drive to execute new and exciting specials for customers to enjoy on a weekly basis including pizza, antipasto options, and Italian dessert specials.

Coastal Crust Greenville is a full service restaurant offering Italian-inspired dishes and Neapolitan style wood-fired pizzas with locations in Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms and Greenville as well. Finding old, beat up trucks, restoring them to their original beauty and turning them into Pizza Trucks has been a long time venture of ours, and we have been fortunate enough to turn our vision of a rolling pizza oven on wheels to now 3 brick & mortar locations. Aside from offering our famous wood-fired pizzas and servicing Mount Pleasant, James Island and Greenville through our restaurants, we continually book special events, weddings and private parties with our mobile eatery truck.
