- Manages a large pipeline of candidates and fills open positions efficiently to meet the Company’s needs.
- Sources, prescreens, and interviews candidates for various roles.
- Ensures a positive and professional experience for all candidates, including providing timely communication and feedback.
- Develops and implements innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Understands and applies industry-specific requirements and qualifications in the recruitment process.
- Collaborates and partners with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensures alignment with Coastal Debt Resolve’s recruitment process.
- Maintains and updates candidate databases accurately and timely to ensure it is compliant with data privacy regulations.
- Tracks and reports to the Executive team the recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate quality.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in the financial services or debt settlement industry.
- Proficient skills in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates’ qualifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with the debt settlement industry and the specific competencies required for various roles.
This position is exclusively onsite based out of our beautiful office in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Typical working hours are 9 am – 6 pm with some flexibility required for high-volume periods.
Compensation: $25.00/hour plus commission and eligibility for paid time off upon the completion of the introductory period.
