About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant / Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-
paced, team-first environment. This is a hands-on, growth-focused opportunity to support
the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social, content, and retention. You’ll
work closely with the Marketing Manager and VP of Marketing, gaining valuable exposure
to all parts of the marketing function. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, curious, adaptable, and excited about learning in a high-growth environment where no two days look the same.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Support
- Assist in executing email campaigns using platforms like HubSpot
- Help manage and update content calendars, blog posts, landing pages, and website copy
- Support coordination of social media content and scheduling
- Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time
Reporting & Optimization
- Track campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and internal tools
- Help compile weekly/monthly reports to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness
- Assist in QA of marketing content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand
standards
Project & Workflow Management
- Easily switch between tasks and manage multiple priorities throughout the day
- Jump in to support wherever needed—from campaign brainstorms to last-minute event
coordination
- Bring a solution-oriented mindset to evolving projects and goals
Customer Retention & Lead Nurturing
- Support customer retention efforts including loyalty campaigns, webinars, and automated journeys
- Assist with lead data updates and ensure campaign recipients are accurately targeted
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internships welcome!)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to move fluidly between projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics, even if you’re not a "numbers person"
- Creative thinker with a basic understanding of digital marketing best practices
- Interest in technology and artificial intelligence is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Slack, Airtable, HubSpot, Figma, and Canva is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
