From now until April 23, Coastal Electric is accepting applications for this awesome program. Not only will you earn $10 an hour (up to 40 hours a week), but you'll also dive into hands-on training in exciting career fields like:
- Engineering
- Business
- Line work & construction
- Safety
- Customer service
- IT, marketing, and more!
By joining the Learners Today, Leaders Tomorrow program, you'll get a taste of various careers and learn what it’s really like to work for an electric cooperative. Plus, you’ll collaborate with other high school students from across coastal Georgia and even volunteer in the community—making memories and building connections along the way.
The Details:
- Pay: $10/hour, up to 40 hours/week
- Eligibility: Must be 16 or older, have completed 11th grade, and maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher
- Dates: June 2 – July 25 (must be available for the full program)
- Deadline to apply: April 23
