Golf Cart Technician/Delivery Driver

Our client is a reputable company specializing in golf cart sales and services, dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer support. They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Golf Cart Repair Technician and Delivery Driver.

Position Overview:
In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining golf carts, as well as delivering them to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on golf carts, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Assist in the assembly of new golf carts as needed.
• Deliver golf carts to customers, ensuring safe and timely transport.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Keep the repair shop organized and ensure all tools and equipment are in good condition.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Technical training in small engine repair or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in mechanical repair, particularly with golf carts or similar equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is a must.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
