Job Position : Inventory - Mid - Shift
Location : Hardeeville, SC 29927
Pay Rate : $18.00 / hr
Shift : 12 : 00am to 8 : 30pm Mon - Fri (May be asked to work weekends from time to time)
Coastal Employment is hiring an Inventory Specialist on behalf of our client, a well-established warehouse logistics company. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock flow, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory, working with warehouse teams to identify root causes.
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming shipments.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and improve stock management.
- Coordinate inventory transfers and monitor stock levels to meet operational needs.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage and organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for inventory control and warehouse operations.
