Job Position : Order Picker

Location : Hardeeville, SC 29927

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hr

Shift : 5am to 1pm (Mon - Fri) Shift Can Change

We are seeking an experienced Order Picker Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking orders while operating powered industrial equipment at heights.

Key Responsibilities :

Safely operate order picker equipment at heights up to 30 feet
Pick and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Scan and verify product accuracy using RF equipment
Follow proper safety procedures while working at heights
Complete daily equipment inspections
Maintain clean and organized work area
Meet productivity standards while ensuring accuracy
Stack and wrap pallets properly

Required Qualifications :

Previous order picker equipment experience in a warehouse setting

Reliable transportation required

Comfortable working at heights

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Physical ability to stand, climb, and lift throughout shift

Basic math skills for order counting

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Preferred Qualifications :

Order picker certification (not required)

Experience with RF scanning equipment

Previous picking experience in a distribution center

Knowledge of warehouse management systems

Additional Requirements :

Must pass background check

Must pass drug screening

Ability to work safely at elevated heights
