We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Pipe Yard Worker for a great opportunity with one of our reputable clients. This is a physical, hands-on position, ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Safely load, unload, and organize pipes and related materials in the yard.
Assist in the inventory management of pipes, fittings, and other materials, ensuring they are stored properly.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials when needed (experience is a plus).
Assist in preparing materials for shipments and deliveries.
Perform basic maintenance and yard cleanup tasks.
Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to ensure the efficient operation of the yard.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a yard or warehouse environment is preferred.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious attitude.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.
Schedule:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday. 6am-2pm approx.
Some overtime may be required based on business needs.
