Key Responsibilities:
- Front Office Management:
- Oversee all front office activities, including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and appointment confirmations.

- Manage patient registration, insurance verification, and payment processing.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Office Operations:
- Coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize scheduling and clinic efficiency.

- Financial Management:
