What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Service Representative Bilingual Preferred position at Coastal Family Health Center?
The role of the Patient Service Representative (PSR) is to function as a multi-skilled, technical person responsible for customer service, electronic patient registration/data processing, patient scheduling, revenue control and to serve as support personnel to the clinical staff members. The PSR will work within the scope of his/her job description using the demonstrated competencies consistent with the role. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not necessary.
