POSITION TITLE: Greeters/Servers/Server Assistants
POSITiON OVERVIEW:
Coastal Fish Company is looking for hospitality professionals with a passion for the art of presentation to join our team as Fine Dining Servers/Server Assistants to help us “create raving fans”. We offer multiple dining selections for a guest to enjoy in a single dining experience with the finest service featuring a knowledgeable wait staff from which guests can gain valuable insight to enhance their dining experience. Our ideal candidate is energetic, knowledgeable about both our style and our cuisine, possesses an acute eye for detail, excellent customer service, sound judgment, and the ability to deescalate situations while making our guests feel welcomed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONs:
· Provides table service by ascertaining the needs of the customer.
· Answers menu questions and make recommendations of food and beverage pairings.
· Maintains table appearance.
· Courses food items appropriately ensuring dishes are delivered in a timely manner.
· Performs side work and end-of-shift closeout tasks.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma
- Prior restaurant or hotel experience preferred
- Presentation skills
- Possess an acute eye for detail
- Due to the nature of our business applicants should be open to working late evenings, weekends and holidays.
