What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Front desk sales associate position at Coastal Group, Inc.?
Responsibilities:
-Ability to speak both english and spanish.
- Sales experience helpful, but not required.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Building supply experience preffered.
- Outgoing, friendly personality is a must,
- Able to use computer to take orders and complete transactions.
- Greet customers at front desk.
- Be able to assist customers by taking building supply orders, and locating building materials in warehouse and lumberyard.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to showcase your communication skills, upselling abilities, and technical knowledge.
