Warehouse Associate

Description of Position:

· Under direct supervision, performs one or more repetitive jobs on an assembly or sub-assembly line to produce building material components or millwork products. * Assembles building material components such as wall panels, roof and floor trusses and/or millwork products such as doors, windows, cabinets, counters, vanities or closets. Processes include insertion or positioning of materials clamping, splicing, fitting parts and use of both hand and power tools.

· Places parts in specified relationship to each other. Bolts, clips, screws, cements, or otherwise fastens parts together. Cut products to specified measurements. Remove defective products as needed. Tends machines to perform force fitting or fastening operations. Work at various stations as product demands require. Cleans equipment, work area, floors and any other areas according to safety procedures.

· Employees will be working inside/outside, bringing finished products to the yard and preparing for shipment. Some employees will be assigned as receiving/loader, meaning you will be required to lift and move products in and out. Trucks are constantly being filled with products, employees must be able to adapt to several tasks as everyone is expected to learn all areas.

· Contributing to the overall success of production.

This is an entry level position where the incumbent will receive on-the-job training. Knowledge of and ability to use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble either

building materials components or millwork products. Understand & Adapt to the production requirements. Follow all safety requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
