The Main Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing, coordinating, and supervising quality management programs and safety initiatives.
- Training and coaching team members on quality and safety procedures.
- Conducting test method assessments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintaining document control and managing non-conformance reports.
- Scheduling and conducting internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Providing input for employee evaluations related to safety and quality performance.
- Communicating product safety and quality standards to laboratory personnel.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in QHSE management.
- Practical understanding of company quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
