Duties
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project timelines.
- Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols on-site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
