The Director of Clinical Services is a key member of the Coastal Harbor Leadership Team who is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and directing the programs and activities of patient care. The position has full responsibility for fiscal and staff management and program services for the acute, child and adolescent services, and residential treatment inclusive of school.

Job Requirements:
Master’s Degree in a behavioral or social science field. 5 years of progressively increasing supervisory experience in the treatment of troubled adolescents preferred. LPC, LCSW, or LMFT required
