To excel as the Director of Social Services at Coastal Health & Rehab, a combination of education, licensure, and experience is essential. A Bachelor's degree in social work is required, along with a current LSW or MSW license/certification in Mississippi. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in long-term care settings, showcasing their ability to understand the unique challenges faced by residents and families.
