Coastal Heritage Bank is seeking a talented and friendly Banking Specialist to join our team at our Weymouth locations. As a Banking Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with account services, and cross-selling our loan and deposit products. This position may require floating between locations in the same area to provide support as needed.

Hours of Operation:
Monday- Thursday: 8:30-4:30
Friday: 8:30-5:00
Saturday: 8:30-12:00 - 2 Saturdays/month required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent and courteous customer service, ensuring positive customer experiences by attentively recognizing and responding to customer needs.
- Assist customers with account services, including account opening and closing.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a balanced cash drawer and resolving discrepancies.
- Stay updated on bank products and services to provide accurate and complete answers to customer inquiries.
- Adhere to all established Bank policies and procedures, as well as Federal and State laws and Fair Lending regulations.
- Maintain a safe and secure facility, adhering to security and regulatory changes through regular training.
- Assist with various branch operations tasks, such as maintaining branch files, answering telephones, completing currency transaction reports, and handling cash shipments.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in banking or retail sales/service.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent internal and external communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in Word and Excel.
ADA Requirements: Must be capable of performing primarily sedentary work with occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. Must be able to operate routine office equipment and work on a computer for extended periods when necessary.
Working Conditions: The role involves working indoors in a climate-controlled shared work environment with moderate noise.
