JOB TITLE: Primary Care Front Desk Assistant
SUPERVISED BY: INTEGRATED CARE Office Manager
Required Educational/Experiential Qualifications
The Integrated Care Front Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for greeting clients, collecting payments, verifying patient demographics and funding source (grant, insurance, sliding fee, self-pay), incoming and outgoing phone calls, and a variety of other administrative duties.

Required Educational/Experiential Qualifications
- High School Graduate, some college business course work preferred.
- Two (2) years of previous experience with secretarial or clerical experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
