Construction Laborer

Immediate Opening for a Construction Laborer.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of construction tasks, including grass cutting, site preparation, material handling, equipment operation, and general labor duties. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and willing to learn and grow within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Grass cutting, weedeating, hedge trimming
• Load and unload construction materials and move them to work areas
• Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris, hazards, and materials
• Assist with building and assembling structures and frameworks as directed
• Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, jackhammers) safely and effectively
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project completion and safety standards
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Perform other duties as assigned on the construction site

Requirements:

• Previous construction or manual labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
• Basic understanding of construction procedures and safety protocols
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move for long periods
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• This is a drug free work place. All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and will be subject to random drug screens.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
