What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Account Manager position at Coastal Insurance?
Personal Lines Account Representative needed for 50 year old growing agency. Must have 220 or 20-44 license and have at least 2 year experience in rating and selling all lines of personal insurance.
In this position you will quote new and renewal business using in house and online rating software. Will process policies, endorsements, and upload and attach documents to agency management system.
Salary Based on Experience and Type of License
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Discuss client coverage needs, gaps, billing concerns, policy changes, etc. and process any needed policy changes
- Promote additional lines of coverage to clients through cross selling initiatives based on their individual needs.
- Work Location: Office
- Develop leads and schedule appointments with clients
- Determine the specific needs of particular clients by researching current coverage and available options
- Answer questions related to coverage and annual charges
- Help customers complete all paperwork properly
- Obtain underwriting approval by completing the application for coverage
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving
Salary : $44,000 - $52,000
