Position Type: Full-time – 40 hours per week
Pay Range: $32.00 to 40.00 per hour

Job description:
Coastal Maine GC is looking to grow our team of professionals. If you are seeking new opportunities and want room to expand your horizons, them come check us out! You should be prepared to handle the leadership for complex construction projects from pre-construction to completion and oversee the day-to-day activities of field operations.
The Site Supervisor plays a key role in the fulfillment of the promises we make to our customers. The company’s brand and customer experience rely on the proper execution of the responsibilities of this role. A complete description of role will be provided upon interview, but the main focus points would include:
- Must be able to Safely Produce and Manage $1-2 million in completed work per year.
- Establish sire protocols and follow OSHA guidelines.
- Manage day to project activities coordinating between the office and field daily.
- Carefully review plans, specs, addendums to fulfil work and coordinate teams appropriately.
- Coordinate LMSE onsite, work closely with the project Managers
- Review the project schedule with the project manager and communicate regularly with them about changes in schedule items
- Lead by motivating and inspiring the team
- Maintain and submit daily logs to keep the team informed
- Coordinate and receive scheduled deliveries
- Performing equipment, material land routine site inspections and management
- Atten bi-weekly client meetings and coordinate with architects’ designers and owners
- Prepare and submit RFI’s

Skills and Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to and from the job sites.
- Knowledge of construction. Residential and commercial.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 year's experience in a leadership position.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug test is a must.
Salary : $32 - $40
