We are seeking a detail - oriented, organized Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team. The AP/AR assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including but not limited to the following.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Perform monthly data entry tasks
- Process checks on a weekly basis
- Complete all billing and reimbursements
- Reconcile multiple credit cards
- Maintain current filing system
- Provide general support to current office staff
- Process mail
- Prepare bank deposits
Skills
- Basic knowledge of office etiquette
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Experience
- 2 years of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- 2 years of Accounting Software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
