Job Summary
We are looking for a tenacious and goal-driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, conducting in-person presentations, and securing contracts with a focus on volume, speed, and strategic follow-through. The ideal candidate is fearless in approaching leads, relentless in overcoming objections, and consistently exceeds sales quotas through persistence and high energy.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify internet leads, transforming online inquiries into in-person sales opportunities
- Aggressively follow up via email, calls, and chats to schedule field meetings and presentations
- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings, demos, or consultations with prospective clients
- Maintain a high volume of digital outreach while actively managing field visits within the assigned territory
- Customize sales presentations to meet specific customer needs, both online and offline
- Use CRM software to track all interactions, opportunities, and sales progress accurately
- Continuously nurture client relationships through a combination of virtual touchpoints and territory visits
- Monitor digital marketing efforts, lead sources, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies
- Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently
- Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of urgency in all interactions
Requirements
- 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a hybrid internet/field sales role
- Strong background in lead management, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and closing skills (both virtual and face-to-face)
- Highly motivated with a competitive, goal-driven attitude
- Strong organizational skills to juggle digital engagement and field appointments effectively
- Comfortable traveling within assigned territory for in-person client meetings
- Ability to adapt quickly, think strategically, and overcome objections under pressure
- Tech-savvy, with familiarity in using video conferencing, mobile apps, and digital sales platforms
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
