Coastal Mechanical, ranked one of the largest mechanical contractors in the southeast, specializing in commercial HVAC, plumbing and pipefitting is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the South Florida area to manage large commercial projects. Must possess mechanical and / or plumbing knowledge.
- Commercial mechanical project management experience
- Experience with the management of office buildings, schools, medical facilities
- Experience with projects with contract values ranging from $500,000 to $20,000,000
- Experience in Vista Viewpoint and Microsoft Project
- Ability to achieve scheduled milestones
- Proficient in Excel
- Skill with budgets, forecasting and cost to complete financials
- Knowledgeable in upfront planning and the administrative side of project management
- Proficient in labor management and maintaining budgets
- Great communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills
- A willingness to learn our procedures
- Proficient in contract negotiations, pricing of change orders, drawing reading, scheduling, etc
- Must possess mechanical and / or plumbing knowledge.
