Job Description : Duties include processing check requests and invoices for payment, which means reviewing for completeness, assigning vendor numbers, batching and inputting into AP system. Also related clerical duties such as opening and sorting incoming mail, helping produce checks and answering vendor phone calls / queries. Accounts payable experience is preferred.
