CNI is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Verify insurance information and assist with insurance billing processes
- Maintain electronic health records using computerized systems
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
- Assist with medical collections and billing procedures
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient satisfaction
*Skills*
- Proficiency in computerized systems for managing medical office tasks
- Experience in medical office management and administration
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care
- Knowledge of clerical duties and office management procedures
- Experience in medical collection processes is beneficial
- Previous exposure to medical billing practices is advantageous
- Background in medical office operations would be preffered
Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm w/ one hour lunch break
Job Type: Full-time
