Duties
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to direct calls and provide information.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including clerical duties.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Assist in dispatching calls or messages to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both English-speaking and bilingual clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
- Experience in data entry and administrative tasks is highly desirable.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
