DSP Community Supports
Coastal Opportunities, a non-profit agency serving adults with intellectual disabilities, is now accepting applications for a DSP in the Mobile Community Supports program based in Camden. This position requires the ability to work independently with individuals in a community setting.
Responsibilities: DSPs take part in a wide range of activities each day as they support people to engage in all activities of life - helping them learn new work skills, volunteering in the community, having fun with friends, gaining new life experiences, achieving health and fitness goals, learning new skills to promote independence, and helping to empower individuals to use their voices in order to make decisions for themselves. Activities allow for skill building in the areas of communication and social interactions, safety, motor skills and community access.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, valid Maine driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 3:00pm (flexible)
Pay Rate: $ 18.31 /hour, commensurate with experience.
