REDEMPTION CENTER - WORKING SUPERVISOR - DAYS
Coastal Opportunities serves adults with intellectual disabilities in Knox County and is hiring a working supervisor for our bottle redemption center.
Responsibilities: Managing the day to day operation of the redemption center: counting and sorting bottles and cans, courteous customer service, cash register operation, evening cash out, ordering supplies, maintaining contact with distributors, and timely completion of all documentation and paperwork. The supervisor will supervise RC staff and promote skill building and expertise in the areas of communication, safety, attention to task and other job related skills.
Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: Starting: $20 / hour - commensurate with experience.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, valid Maine driver’s license, and proof of insurance. Previous supervisory experience would be helpful. We assist staff to access required training.
