What You'll Do:
- Oversee the daily workflow of the department
- Manage and develop staff in accordance with company policy
- Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, trends and customer needs, and efficiency of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing professionals to propose new business ideas and products that can improve revenue margins.
- Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the profitability of the organization.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services.
- Compose, develop, evaluate, and conduct trainings on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
- Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities.
- Manage the development of new business opportunities by developing proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop and use contacts and relationships within the industry, business environment, and customer base to understand and respond to competition, pricing, and product demand changes.
- Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
- Determine and manage the department’s budget.
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
What Your Qualifications Should Be:
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Relevant services/product and healthcare industry knowledge
- Experience with practice management and marketing software applications
