What You'll Do:
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical operation of the operating room, which includes the SPD staff.
- Planning, organizing, delegating, coordinating, staff utilization, resource allocation, cost controls, and compliance.
- Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel in the operating room according to the policies, procedures, philosophy, and objectives of the facility.
- Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and schedules. Works closely with ASC Director in coordinating patient care service functions.
What Your Qualifications Should Be:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Active Florida RN license
- Current ACLS/BLS/PALS certification
- 3 years of RN OR experience in a surgery setting – preferably in an Ambulatory Surgery setting
- Minimum of 3 years in an OR Supervisory Role year in an OR setting
- Computer literate – Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
