Looking for the right candidate to join a fast-growing pool construction company! Coastal Pool Company is a locally owned and operated full-service construction company that needs a strong candidate to continue to grow our business.
The scope of work for the above listed jobs includes:
Managing current office systems that include payables, PO's, bill pay, time card calculations and payroll, account management via in house software, upkeep master delegation sheet, office supply ordering and inventory.
Answering phone calls and taking messages- organizing messages, emails and other correspondences to the appropriate persons
Office organization and executing filing system and audits on filing system
account management in QuickBooks as needed as well as invoicing if applicable
Taking pictures and editing them as needed to create paid for posts and general posts for social media
Responding to correspondences online via social media
