We prefer candidates with 3 years of swimming pool experience, but training is available for the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close pools, ensuring all equipment is properly installed and functioning.
- Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and inspections.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment issues, recommending solutions to customers.
- Install, repair, and maintain pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.).
- Work with customers to ensure their pools are operating at optimal efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred 3 years of swimming pool service experience; training is available for the right candidates.
- Willingness to travel to different job sites (work is outdoors, and each day offers variety).
