What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Coordinator position at Coastal Process, LLC?
Coastal Process is looking to add an Order Coordinator to perform a variety of duties including processing customer quotes/orders, supporting sales efforts, clerical work, and providing excellent customer service. The position's primary responsibilities are to input orders into an online database, respond to customer requests, work with the sales team, as well as other departments, to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone, direct calls, and greet visitors
- Process customer purchase orders
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders in QuickBooks
- Place, track, and expedite customer requests and orders
- Maintain customer contact database in Salesforce
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and work well with others
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooks is preferred but not required
- Pass at hire background check and drug screen
- Pass random drug screens throughout employment
