Job Summary
We are seeking a full time self motivated Territory Representative to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting new and existing clients, building strong relationships with those clients and increasing sales growth in your territory. The ideal candidate will have a background in pump, water and wastewater knowledge to communicate the products and services we offer.
Responsibilities
- Develop, build and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new clients within the territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our products to new customers.
- Update the sales manager on current customers and progress on new customers monthly.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and engage with potential customers.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product usage and troubleshooting if needed.
Skills
- Experience in sales management with a focus on outside sales or technical sales.
- Strong skills to assess customer feedback effectively.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self motivated
