Key Responsibilities :

Film and edit high-quality videos for property listings, promotional content, and social media.
Create engaging social media posts and reels that resonate with our target audience.
Manage and run social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Develop and execute PPC ad campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media and ad campaigns, making adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.

Qualifications :

A few years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Must live locally and be available for in-office work.
