Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of leasing production, including administration, marketing, and maintaining competitive market knowledge.
- Manage delinquency rates and adhere to landlord/resident laws, including executing necessary legal actions.
- Cultivate and support a high-performing team by training, mentoring, and holding team members accountable for their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a passion for driving team success.
- Experience with property management systems such as Entrata, Onesite, or Yieldstar preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience creating formulas, sorting, and filtering data.
