You will oversee strategic planning across the customer journey, providing insights into market trends, competitive positioning, and future growth opportunities. Utilizing advanced platforms such as Entrata, BrightEdge, Google Analytics, and more, you will deliver actionable intelligence to refine lead generation, conversion funnels, and overall marketing performance. This role demands a visionary mindset, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate complex challenges into clear, strategic initiatives that align with business goals.

What You’ll Own:
- Strategic Leadership and Vision
- Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing full-funnel approaches, from brand awareness to conversion and retention.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing thought leadership on emerging trends, industry best practices, and innovative marketing practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives and ensure seamless execution across all properties.
- Drive a strategic approach to property-specific branding, messaging, and campaign development, ensuring alignment with corporate brand guidelines.
- Data-Driven Insights and Analytics
- Oversee the analysis of lead sources, customer journey performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Establish frameworks for advanced data modeling, predictive analytics, and performance forecasting.
- Oversee the development of dashboards and reporting tools to provide senior leadership with real-time insights into marketing performance, ROI, and competitive positioning.
- Evaluate campaign performance at a macro level, ensuring all recommendations are actionable, scalable, and tied to measurable outcomes.
- Digital Marketing and Innovation
- Drive the vision and execution of digital marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO, email, content, and social platforms.
- Champion innovation by exploring and implementing emerging technologies such as AI-driven personalization, advanced analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Define KPIs, benchmarks, and optimization opportunities to ensure high-performing campaigns and an optimal allocation of marketing resources.
- Advocate for continual testing and learning through A/B testing, segmentation, and market research insights.

- Act as a primary liaison between marketing, property operations, and senior leadership, ensuring strategic alignment and shared accountability.

What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 6 years of experience in strategic marketing roles, with significant leadership experience.
- Proven track record in the multifamily real estate sector or comparable industries.
- Extensive experience with advanced marketing technologies, data analytics platforms, and emerging trends in digital marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in Entrata, BrightEdge, Google Analytics, Tableau, and other BI tools.
- Strong familiarity with programmatic advertising, CRM platforms, and predictive analytics software.
- Relevant certifications in analytics, digital marketing, and strategy (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot certifications).
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and cross-functional collaborations.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, able to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing executive stakeholders.
