What You'll Do :
Peak Property Group, a Coastal Ridge company, is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to add to our growing Cincinnati, Ohio portfolio. As the Groundskeeper, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving the exterior curb appeal of our Cincinnati multi-site investment portfolio, consisting of over 100 residential properties in Clifton Heights, Over the Rhine, and East Walnut Hills neighborhoods, totaling over 600 units and growing!
Where You'll Work :
You'll work out of our centrally located office in Hyde Park, while managing and servicing multi-family properties throughout Cincinnati neighborhoods such as Clifton Heights, Over the Rhine, and East Walnut Hills in your company provided vehicle. Properties range in size from single family homes up to mid-size apartment buildings, totaling 500 units and growing.
