What You’ll Do:
The Property Management Software Systems Specialist provides first level support to Coastal Ridge’s team members, software, and systems throughout the organization. Utilizing remote support techniques and a strong knowledge/skill set, the Property Management Software Systems Specialist will troubleshoot Entrata, OneSite and other RealPage products and assist with other technology and program-related items for the entire organization.
Where You’ll Work:
Located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, our corporate offices overlook the Columbus Commons which plays hosts to over 200 events throughout the year. Enjoy the building’s fitness center and rooftop terrace with adjoining clubroom and walk to some of the city’s best restaurants and downtown amenities. This role can also be executed fully remote.
What You’ll Own:
- Provide technical phone support for internal end users on a variety of hardware and software problems including Entrata, OneSite system support, and system access.
- Provide support for user access and updates.
- Troubleshoot issues and offer support for site level and corporate staff with Entrata and RealPage products such as Entrata Core, OneSite, and AIRM.
- Field and maintain Help Desk tracking system/tickets; input problem descriptions and assist with maintenance and escalate where necessary.
- Provide recommendations for training opportunities or knowledge gaps based on Help Desk tickets fielded to reduce number of overall tickets submitted.
- Maintain and document system procedures and processes.
- Assist in policy/procedure development for departmental and company efficiency.
- Assist in the oversight and implementation of company-wide software system related projects.
- Other duties and projects as directed and assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience with Property Management Software products required.
- Expert knowledge of Entrata and/or OneSite Student and Conventional functionality with Administrator-level experience preferred.
- Operational site-level property management experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and investigation/research skills.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information/material.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a high demand environment.
