What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revenue Associate position at Coastal Ridge Real Estate?
What You’ll Do:
As a Revenue Associate, you will be responsible for analyzing and executing the overall multifamily revenue strategy for Coastal Ridge Real Estate’s institutional portfolio, utilizing the AI Revenue Management (AIRM) software platform. This role is expected to be an expert in the revenue management software application and related business procedures.

Located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, our corporate offices overlook the Columbus Commons which plays hosts to over 200 events throughout the year. Enjoy the building’s fitness center and rooftop terrace with adjoining clubroom, and walk to some of the city’s best restaurants and downtown amenities. This role can also be executed fully remote.
What You’ll Own:
- Effectively analyze operational metrics, historical trends and relevant market data that impact property performance and determine pricing strategies for both new lease and renewal lease transactions for a growing portfolio.
- Conduct regular meetings with onsite teams, Regional Managers, and Ownership to discuss financial results, ensure alignment with business objectives, and identify performance opportunities.
- Consistently review new lease and renewal parameters, amenity values, lease terms, competitor data and other relevant market information to develop internal strategies.
- Complete monthly performance measurement analysis and reporting to senior management regarding revenue results and market conditions.
- Train team members on revenue management concepts and pricing systems. Troubleshoot on behalf of all internal users and assess revenue management adoption.
- Track and report on market trends (synthesizing HelloData, CoStar, Market Analytics or other relevant market reports/studies for major areas of operation/investment focus).
- Assist with new site implementations in Entrata and the revenue management software environment.
- Articulate the revenue management value proposition and develop credibility for its concepts and benefits across the organization.
- Other duties and projects as directed and assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5 years of experience in multifamily property management or revenue management
- Bachelor’s degree required or the equivalent of education and experience
- Previous experience with AI Revenue Management (ex: AIRM,Yieldstar, LRO, or similar) software, highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others
- Strong project management skills required as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to change and work well in an autonomous, dynamic environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Ability to think analytically and problem solve.
