Job Title: Budtender/Key Holder
Location: 27 Ocean St STE 1, South Portland, ME 04106
Availability: 9:30am - 8:00 PM (Nights and Weekends a must) 40 hours a week.

Must have reliable transportation.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and knowledgeable Budtender/Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder/Budtender, you will play an important role in assisting customers, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently show up to each shift with a positive attitude, ready to contribute to the team
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their preferences and needs.
• Educate customers about different strains, products, consumption methods, and effects to help them make informed decisions.
• Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash payments securely.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including product displays and inventory shelves.
• Follow strict compliance with state regulations and company policies regarding cannabis sales and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Maintain an IIC card from the state of Maine
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.
