Job Title: Key Holder/ Sales Associate

Non-Exempt

Department: Retail Site

Hourly Position (Part-Time)

Reports to: Dispensary Manager

Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA):

Main functions:

The Key Holder/ Sales Assiciate position will assist the Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the dispensary. The associate will help to ensure that customer service standards are met, and superb customer service skills are used consistently.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with product inventory and goods for display and stock control.
• Ensuring there is a zero-inventory shrinkage.
• Uses the Point of Service system to ensure all relevant information is recorded and tracked accurately.
• Maintain the integrity and security of the dispensary by allowing only authorized personnel into dispensary and ensuring all medicine is stored as appropriate.
• Always maintain absolute confidentiality.
• Ensuring standards of quality, patient services and health and safety are met.
• Responding to customer complaints and comments by following the proper chain of command.
• Completion of Orders, and proper packaging of medicine required.
• Assist in the making and packaging of edibles to ensure that there is a consistent inventory available.
• Assist with all duties in dispensary

Employment Requirements:

• MUST have an IIC Card
• Must be 21 years of age
• Punctual, meticulous, reliable
• Courteous manners with patients

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Responsible
• Be flexible and willing to pitch-in wherever needed

• Must be able to perform all job requirements while always maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
• Every associate will receive on the job training
